Breach of Trust

The Breach of Trust program is designed for adolescents and adults charged with forgery, larceny, embezzlement, false pretenses, or cheats.

The program begins with an intake session and assessments completed with a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate.

Participants examine the impact of choices, legal consequences, and opportunities for accountability.

Adolescents and adults referred for or seeking education related to breach of trust charges.

  • Family and legal history related to the presenting concern
  • Cognitive and emotional ability and stability

What to Expect

  • A 3-week program
  • Learning about South Carolina laws for breach of trust and the consequences
  • Discussion of the personal and relational impact of choices, writing a letter of apology, and completing program requirements
