Fees

Fees and out-of-network benefits.

CSPG accepts out-of-network benefits with most insurance brands. Use the insurance benefit form to check your insurance and co-pay amount. If your insurance does not have out-of-network benefits, contact CSPG to discuss cash-pay fees.

Current CSPG service fees
Service Fee
Diversion Programs $100 upfront cost for 4 weeks or $30 per week. $150 upfront cost for 6 weeks or $30 per week.
Domestic Violence Program $650 upfront cost for 26 weeks or $30 per week.
Counseling Free 15-minute initial consultation. $150 for individuals. $300 for couples.
Community Resources Program $25 intake session including assistance with referrals, applications, and information or education within a 14-day period. Cost may increase if additional time and assistance is required or requested.

All counseling sessions must be canceled at least 6 hours before the scheduled session. Last-minute cancellations incur a $25 fee to be paid on or before the next session.
