Meet the Founder
Known for innovation, lightheartedness, and a no-nonsense commitment to care, Yvonne helps clients feel less alone as they move through personal battles and life transitions.
Yvonne Lee goes by many names: mom, sister, aunt, trainer, coach, Soror, and sister in Christ.
Yvonne grew up in Queens, New York, where she attended Queens Lutheran School. That experience helped instill the Christian values by which she lives and serves God's people.
She earned a B.A. in Psychology from Queens College and an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, LPCA.
Across her career, Yvonne has held many humbling titles, including retail sales professional, Corrections Officer for DJJ, Wrap facilitator for Continuum of Care, State Trainer, and Army Veteran.
She is an active member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc., secretary for Epsilon Honor Society, a member of the Church of Christ, a member of the Member Advisory Board for Safe Federal Credit Union, and associated with the SC Counseling Association, a division of the American Counseling Association.
Yvonne is known for innovation, whether developing trainings to increase the professional and personal skill levels of staff at Continuum of Care under the Department of Children's Advocacy or creating group and individual programs to serve CSPG clients. Her focus is helping people recognize their strengths, resolve issues, and move forward with new tools and trust in their own abilities.
Professional training, lived experience, and community connection shape CSPG's work.
CSPG is built around the belief that people can learn new tools, shift perspective, and move forward with greater clarity and support.
Yvonne may be a no-nonsense businesswoman, but she is also known for her lightheartedness and compassionate nature. The Greek term agape is the theme by which she lives, both at home and within her community.
