Anger Management

The Anger Management program is designed for adolescents and adults experiencing symptoms of uncontrolled anger.

The program begins with an intake session and assessments completed with a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate.

The work uses targeted Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address problems that arose as a result of harmful choices.

Adolescents and adults seeking support for uncontrolled anger or referred for anger-related concerns.

What to Expect

  • A 4- to 6-week program based on level of aggression
  • Discussion of the impact of choices personally and on others
  • A letter of apology, trigger identification, anger management tools, assertiveness versus aggression, alternative choices, and a certificate of completion
